Product Introduction
Our company's galvanized steel plate water tanks are made using different plate materials and a 500T hydraulic press to mold different unit plates (1×1m, 1×0.5m, 0.5×0.5m), which are then connected with bolts and sealing strips to form water tanks of different specifications and forms.
This water tank has the advantages of convenient and flexible on-site assembly,不易变形, strong earthquake resistance, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and long service life.
This water tank can store both cold and hot water, and is acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, non-permeable, leak-proof, and non-deformable.
Selection Instructions
1. When ordering, please provide the water tank Size, pipe connection position, and pipe diameter.
2. The water storage temperature should preferably be 4~80℃. If the water storage temperature is higher than this value, please specify this when ordering, and we will find a solution.
3. The load of the water tank on the ground should be determined by the structural designer.
4. If the water tank pipe connection position provided by the user is exactly at the plate seam, our company will adjust it, keeping the pipe diameter unchanged (without further notice to the user).
Installation and Acceptance
1. During installation, leave a maintenance passage of no less than 700 mm between the tank body and the wall. The top and bottom of the tank should be no less than 500 mm.
2. During civil construction, prepare the support first. The edges of the water tank and the joints between the unit plates at the bottom of the tank should be located on the support.
3. After assembly, close the water outlet pipe and drain pipe, open the inlet pipe, and check while releasing water until the tank is full. No leakage within 24 hours indicates that it is qualified.
