Product Introduction
Our company produces galvanized steel plate water tanks using different plates, formed into different unit panels (1×1m, 1×0.5m, 0.5×0.5m) by a 500T hydraulic press, and connected with bolts and sealing strips to form water tanks of different specifications and forms.
The water tank has advantages such as convenient and flexible on-site assembly,不易变形, strong seismic resistance, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning and long service life.
The water tank can store both cold and hot water, and is acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, non-permeable, non-leaking, and non-deformable.
Selection Instructions
1. When ordering, the Size, pipe connection position, and pipe diameter should be provided.
2. The water storage temperature should preferably be 4~80℃. If the water storage temperature is higher than this value, it can be proposed during ordering, and a separate solution will be provided.
3. The load of the water tank on the ground should be determined by the structural designers.
4. If the water tank pipe connection position provided by the user is exactly at the plate seam, our company needs to adjust it, the pipe diameter remains unchanged (the user will not be notified separately).
Installation and Acceptance
1. During installation, a maintenance passage of not less than 700 mm should be left between the tank body and the wall. The top and bottom of the tank should be not less than 500 mm.
2. During civil construction, prepare the supports first, and the edge seams between the water tank sides and the bottom unit panels should be located on the supports.
3. After assembly, close the water supply and drain pipes, open the water inlet pipe, and check while releasing water until the tank is full. No leakage within twenty-four hours is considered qualified.
